Giants 7-Round Mock Draft 3.0: Major Trade Shakes Things Up

One of my first pieces for the FanSided network and “Empire Writes Back” was a project I had been able to do twice for my freelance work at Giants Country and Sports Illustrated—mocking the New York Giants upcoming draft as part of a weekly segment leading up the 2024 NFL Draft.
In the midst of what I coined “smokescreen season”, I opened up my mock with what I believed to be a surprise trade up for the Giants, based on reports, to snag one of the four biggest quarterback names on the board.
